R.A.D. Sports

R.A.D. Sports is a natural-turf field builder and renovator based in Rockland, Massachusetts, serving baseball and softball facilities throughout New England. The company operates a dedicated division focused entirely on constructing, renovating, and maintaining infields, which means crews bring specialized knowledge to the specific challenges these playing surfaces present — proper drainage, consistent playability, and player safety all depend on precise grading, appropriate soil composition, and ongoing upkeep.

Services cover the full range of infield needs, from routine skinned-area grooming and supplemental infield material installation to comprehensive renovation work including layout, soil preparation, and base and home plate replacement. Edging work along the infield, base paths, pitcher’s mound, and home plate area keeps boundary transitions clean and reduces lip buildup that can cause unpredictable ball hops. R.A.D. Sports works on facilities ranging from amateur youth fields to professional-grade installations, making them a practical option for grounds managers and coaches at any level of the game.
